Founded by Yesenia Goldstrom, a licensed massage therapist with more than 16 years of experience, Salt & Spa was built from a genuine passion for helping others feel their best naturally. Through years of therapeutic massage practice and personal wellness exploration, Yesenia discovered the transformative benefits of Salt Therapy and envisioned bringing this unique healing experience to Omaha.
That vision led to the opening of Nebraska’s first Salt Room and Spa — a place dedicated to relaxation, respiratory wellness, stress relief, pain management, and overall well-being.
Today, Salt & Spa combines therapeutic massage, salt therapy, skincare, and holistic wellness services in a peaceful and welcoming environment where every guest is treated with personalized care and attention. Whether you are visiting for relaxation, recovery, self-care, or preventative wellness, our goal is to provide an experience that leaves you feeling renewed and restored.
This year, we are honored to celebrate 10 years of serving our community. Reaching this milestone would not have been possible without the continued trust and support of our clients, staff, family, and friends.
