We need 24-hour notice to make any changes to your appointment without any charges; if policy is not honored you will be charged 50% of your scheduled services. For Spa Membership will result in loss of a credit

Deposit Policy:
You will be asked for a 50% deposit to reserve any appointment book accept Salt therapy session or Spa members. If you book multiple services for other people, there will be an option for each individual to make the deposit for their own services. If you book online, we'll take the deposit from the credit card that you left on file; if you have a gift card, please add the number to the note so we can use that instead. If the cancellation policy isn't honored the deposit will not be refunded.
