Slow Flow (Vinyasa)
The art of moving mindfully gives us the opportunity to be present to our body, mind, and breath. Vinyasa is the dance of breath and movement and in this class you will dance slowly, mindfully, and gracefully in the salt room while maintaining a sense of presence to yourself. All levels of experience and flexibility welcome.
Yin Yoga
Balance your yang style yoga classes with a deeply therapeutic experience of deep stretching and mindful breathing. Yin yoga goes deeper than stretching muscle tissue; it stretches connective tissue and ligaments, and works the joints of the body. Yin is suitable for all levels. The class primarily targets the lower body, but can include upper body stretches as well. This class is taught in a gentle, soft therapeutic way and supported by the nurturing healing environment of the salt room.

All classes are 60 minutes in length. Please arrive 10 minutes early, the door will lock promptly on the hour. Bring your mat and a pair of clean socks. Please no food, gum, candy, or drinks in the salt room.
