Cancellation Policy:
We need 24-hour notice to make any changes to your appointment; 50% will be charge of your scheduled services. If you cancel the same day or don't show up will be charge 100% of your service, you book. For Spa Membership will result in loss of a credit

You will be asked for a 50% deposit to reserve any appointment book accept Salt therapy session or Spa membership members. If you book multiple individual services, there will be an option for each individual to make the deposit for their own individual services. If the cancellation policy isn't honored the deposit will not be refunded.
